CHILDHOOD: I was born on June 14, 1987 in Voorheesville New York which is about 10 minutes outside of Albany. My whole life I have been playing sports. When I was younger I played almost every sport immaginable. But, back then my favorite sport was baseball. My Favorite position was Center Feild. I didn't think that any other position compared to it. There was nothing like running down a fly ball and getting the thrill of making a spectacular catch. I played in the Pine Bush leagues every summer and not suprisingly, made the All-Star team every summer. My brother Glenn also played in the summer but he was always in different leagues because he is six years older than I am. Even still this was a good pass time for us to do together when school was out.

Role Models: Like I said earlier when I was younger I loved to play baseball, so it makes sense that two of my favortie people were Ken Griffey Jr. and Darell Strawberry. I think just about every kid back then liked Ken Griffey Jr. His personality was infectious. Everytime you saw Junior step on the feild he had a big grin on his face and his hat was turned backwards, at least for warmups. Not to mention back then he was clearly the best, I liked that about him. This was the basis of being a role model for me, you had to be the best at what you did or you wouldnt make the cut. Along with Griffey; Darell Strawberry was also one of my favorites. He was a great player too and he played for my favorite team so i liked that about him too. Turns out though that he wasn't such a great role model after all. Strawberry ended up being kicked out of the Major leagues for cocaine use. There are stories about Strawberry that say he would only slide head first because he kept coke in his back pocket......idiot. Then of course my top role model Michael Jordan. He was the deffinition of perfection and I just simply wanted to be him.

High School: I went to High School at Voorheesville. School was good, I didnt like it very much. I had a lot of friends though so it wasnt so bad. I gave up baseball around seventh or eighth grade. It wasn't the best move I ever made, I miss it a lot now and I wish i still played. Instead I chose to play football and wrestling. One of the main reasons I chose to wrestle is because Voorheesville was kind of a small school, there were only 130 kids in my graduating class. Our sports teams were never very good so I liked wrestling because it was an idividual sport too. I was on the varsity wrestling team since I was in eighth grade. Unfortunatly my senior year I hurt my knee so I couldnt wrestle that year. In my wrestling career I won many tournaments and beat some of the best wrestlers. I went to the ATWA wrestling club in the summer, many people consider this one of the best clubs in the country. My coach there was once the coach of the Ohio State wrestling team and one year was the coach of the Olympic team. My overall record in wrestling was 100-15, somthing that I am very proud of, especially since I got to 100 wins without even wrestling my senior year. In football I was the running back and cornerback. I played many other positions for the team and if I listed them out you probably wouldn't believe me. The team wasn't that great we were about .500 but i had a great time going to practice and competing with all my buddies because they were on the team too.

College: I now go to Ithaca college where I am a junior. My frist choice was Union where I applied early decision but I'm glad I didnt get in because its way too small. Ithaca was my second choice. I have always liked Ithaca since I came here to visit with my older brother when he was looking at schools. Now I am a health science major and I live off campus. I moved off campus at the beginning of this fall '07 semester and its great. I live with 7 of my friends and there is always somthign to do.

MY TEAMS: My favortie sports team is the Mets, I used to go to games when I was younger, but now I never get around to going to them anymore. My favorite palyer on the team is obviously, Jose Reyes. Between his insane speed and his amazing batting and defensive skills he is the complete player. Jose is probably the most dangerous and exciting player to watch in major league baseball. Recently I have been becoming a big fan of the NBA. I like how there can be large point swings in small amounts of time, it keeps the game itnteresting. My favortie team in the NBA is the Knicks and my favorite player on the team is Stephon Marbury. My team is in shambles right now but i have confidence that they will pick their game up soon. As far as football goes I guess im gunna have to say that my favorite team is the Jets....hell. I really wish I was a patriots fan though becasue they're sick. Randy Moss is the most dominant palyer in the NFL..to me at least. And lastly my other favorite sport is Boxing. My favortie of all time is of course Ali but right now it is Floyd Mayweather. I dont really like being a front runner but you might say that I can be one somtimes.
