I'd like to take a moment to tell you a little about myself:

I am a full time student at Ithaca College in beautiful Ithaca, New York. I am a Health Science: Nutrition Emphasis major. I live in the on campus Circle apartments with four fabulous ladies and two Labrador retriever puppies. Tony and Snyder are Guiding Eyes dogs in training. I love the location and scenary of Ithaca. The rolly landscape is spectacular in the fall time when the leaves change and make the hills look confetti covered. |

I am from a small town about forty minutes outside of Rochester, New York. I am one of five children of which I am the second oldest. I have two brothers and two sisters, and a VERY large extended family on both my Mom and Dad's sides. My family is very important to me. I live somewhat in the country and I guess you could say we live on a farm because my family owns and operates Martin Farms, Inc. We grow delicious, tasty squash that should be a staple for everyones' Thanksgiving table! Although my home town is small and rarely located on a map, I am proud of where I come from and the people in my life. |

Interests & Hobbies |
I love to run. However, I also love chocolate, the outdoors, and cooking. I ran Cross Country and Track & Field in High School but I run for leisure now...when I have time. Fall is my favorite time of year and the most enjoyable time to run outdoors. Since I am interested in food and nutrition, one particular website that I visit often is Eatright.org. This is a website for the American Dietetics Association (ADA). I also frequently visit Foodnetwork.com when I am looking to cook something tasty; Epicurious.com is aslo great for recipe searches. |
